The new weekday dinner meal planning subscription service has been developed to bring home cooks the tastes and flavors of the world in simple and easy to execute recipes.
The launch coincides with the latest report from The Food Institute which indicated that more Americans than ever are looking for meal planning and meal kit services, especially as the global pandemic continues to limit people’s ability to eat out.

As such, the latest meal plan edition, called Globe Trotters, connects subscribers with restaurant quality recipes from Chef Micah Fields, with step by step walkthrough videos showcasing how easy it is to make your own great dinners at home.
Subscribers can enjoy recipes iconic to Southern and Baja California, courtesy of Micah’s expertise, like Shrimp Fajitas, or learn how to make Tandoori Spiced Chicken with Cucumber Raita.
Interested subscribers simply need to select from the list of available chefs based on the one that best suits their tastes and cooking style, and then choose from that chef’s weekly meal plans.
From there, subscribers will receive a downloadable streamlined shopping list, the recipes and access to walk-through recipe videos led by their chosen chef.
Unlike popular meal kit services, Chef and I’s meal planning service is designed to provide home cooks with exciting, inspiring and above all easy to make dishes without generating plastic or packaging waste.
